In 2008, we were honored with the Missouri Quality Award, a key milestone on our journey. Just one year later, we met our goal and proudly received the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award®—an achievement that only the most disciplined, customer-focused organizations earn.

But we didn’t stop there. In 2015, we earned both the Baldrige and Missouri Quality Awards for a second time, and in 2021, we became only the second company in history to win the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award® three times.
